I dont know if anyone remembers me posting up a forum thread about wanting recomendations for certain graphic novels. Well, over the time period, I decided to buy From Hell by Alan Moore. and I decided to share to some of you some nice personal opinions/views:
1 - You guys have no idea how fast my orders came. I ordered From Hell and Metamorphosis on Thursday and it came on Tuesday. And I chose five day shipping. Amazing, huh.
2 - Metamorphosis, the second graphic novel I bought, looks intersting but a bit childish, now comes the "fun" part.
3 - If anyone read Watchmen, then you pretty much know what to expect from Alan Moore. However, take all the things adult about Watchmen and increase tenfold...no wait HUNDREDFOLD!!!! You get From Hell. This is seriously a chilling, scary, and excuse my French, screwed up novel (and even that doesnt describe it). It has so much gore, a few sex, though very vulgar and on par to pron (sorry if this broke any forum rules, but that just shows you how disgusting it is), and the language is as bad as it can get. I dont remember who wanted to know how From Hell was, all I can say is read, but be warned. I only scimmed through it too.
So those are my views on the graphic novels I bought. If anyone else want to match how any other disgusting thing they read as I did, post away, but please follow the rules (i think I broke like 4)
