Attention INS Divison *with photoshop skill*

Welcome Banner Contest​

Okay this is pointed to the INS division and the certain individuals with I've noticed that eGO itself does not have a welcome banner and that my idea would be that we should gather everyone in the INS division with photoshop skills to make a banner that is meant to welcome someone =D I want this idea to start within the INS division and *hopefully* spread all over eGO

Here's an example

Banner Info

The banner must have the eGO tag
The banner must be 550x100 pixels =D post up guys if we can get this working I would be happy =D
Everyone is permitted only one banner but if you have one that you submitted and you don't like it you can change it before the dead line

12:00AM Eastern

**Window of Opportunity**

After the dead line you will have exactly one day after that to edit and post the final version or post a signature if you didn't finish fast enough

After this I would like to try and get a team of *judge* to pick out the top 10 out of hopefully *Hundreds* of banner and then *hopefully* a dl/advisor could make a poll for the INS division to vote for your favourite and the winner gets to have his banner made officially the welcome banner to future recruits =D

*Must be a reliable person
*Must be a person that does not choose based on the person's relationship

About this idea
Alot of people are thinking that my idea was to just post a banner when they are accepted in but that wasn't the idea atm when someone is accepted into eGO there is a very long acceptance post and I thought we could make a banner to go along with it just to make it look nicer =D

Well it's not official yet I know but I just wanted to see if there would be people interested in doing this =D

I think that the image looks a little squished and that we should have a transparent background. Also, we need to be careful including a banner in the welcome - something simple and not overbearing.

Well if you have any suggestion for another image size do tell =D

I would love to be a part of this, I would definitely get a go ahead on it from leadership and then I'm all for it. BTW does anybody have the EGO pdf files? The logos and everything? I would like to just make a signature for myself but don't have .pdf of logos.

I support the Idea but i would ask leadership on an O.K. That this would be used.

Not to mention AR. We like to keep things personal, but I do like the sound of this. Regardless, don't be surprised if Un4Gvn comes and closes this thread like he has done in the past, this kind of stuff needs to be run past the proper people first. It's nothing personal, or anything against your idea, it's just the system that maintains order.

Even though this thread might get shot down, and the banners aren't very personal to the recruit...

If we were to use banners, I think we would need to accompany them with a personal comment to the recruit in the same post. It would be a bad idea to just post the banner and leave the thread without any personal touch, and it would also be a bad idea for 90 people to post the same picture in a thread as well. Now, adding a banner to the standard INS application acceptance post might be an idea.

Oh no when someone gets accepted to eGO we have an acceptance post but it looks plain so I had the idea to add a banner with it to go along =D
