Bind a key help

Had my computer re-build, lost all of my pre-set binds. I've looked but cannot find the thread to set up / bind my keys for pre-set messages to appear in center of screen when I want to swing my Admin stick, LOL. Can someone help out a brother ? Thanks.

How do you do that. Just got my admin and I think it would be nice to have.

Take this with a grain of salt, especially since I am no longer an admin - but I think you shoudl be very cautious when binding a key liek that. You want to make sure you wont acidentally use it or feel the need to use it prematurely. Remember, less admining is more.
