Teens beat man to death

This is just messed up.

Munich - Two German teenagers were arrested on Saturday after beating a 50-year-old man to death at a station for the regional express train line in Munich, a police spokesperson said.

According to witnesses, "two youths aged 17 and 18 threatened a group of younger teenagers, demanding money, and a 50-year-old man became involved trying to calm down things," spokesperson Andreas Ruch said.

The justice system is bad because we have the wrong offenders in prison drug users make up 95% of the population in a FEDERAL prison while violent criminals are only 2%, if that does not tell you we need help then I have no idea what is.

(America currently has the highest jail population in the world *Bigger than Russia and China* and most of them are for drug users, we need to think how we can help them before locking them up and also the bull "3 Strikes Rule" puts people to jail for life for stupid reasons, such as a man went to jail for life because he stole an umbrella and it was his third strike.)
