I never understood how the kill cam was really any different then ghosting. Someone dead is telling his team where everyone else is.
I played Americas Army for about 4 years when it came out, and when we played in leagues, once we died, that was it, we didn't tell our team where the guy was or where the guy was going that killed us. It just made us better at communicating. We always were telling each other where we were, so everyone on your team knew your position and where you were trying to go. If you got killed shortly after reporting your position, then your team knew where you died and someone was over there so they were cautious when entering that building.
To me it makes you a better player when you don't know where you were killed, you are more on the lookout for gun flashes from that annoying sniper you cant find, or you take your time when trying to go into buildings or around corners.
