is this a glitch ?

now i like to play Ava a lil more then other maps, and there is a ledge for a doorway right by the #2 flag for alied team, now if i stand on the ledge and shoot ppl who jump in there is that a glitch cause they cant see me right away :confused1: i did have a demo of it but i dont know how to get to it or open it.

Ra., are you taking about the doorway inside the sandbags and under the balcony for Allied #2? If so I don't even know how you can get up there. Demo or a screenshot would be good to try to figure it out.
