Need help on Signature Making

yea, i couldn't find any thread about sigmaking (i tried my best and i am really tired to actually look really hard)

But i was wondering if some1 can teach me how to make a signature. The one i have is getting kinda boring, so i need any help on how to make one. Also, how do u make one for TF2 for those who play TF2.

i was also reading dominion signature making thingy post yet i still dont get how to work it. I don't even know what the system clipboard is. I was wondering if some1 can explain that to me.
