Ok saw this on digg at work. This is a must have. At first I thought it was just a sound pack but also replaces some not all from what I can see on the video common infected for telitubie models.

Just downloaded it. Its pretty funny. Going to play at night . The mod download doesn't only replace the infected with Teletubies but also the other infected with zombie enemies from HL2.
