memory hands down... It helps with games like no other!!! Then your graphics card... hard drive and then power supply.. that's the way i would do it. My two cents anyways...

Okay, now the harder question...what graphics card? What power supply? etc....

In order;

PSU, then
GFX
Memory
HD
OS (64bit)

That PSU may handle everything up to a GTS250/4850, but for how long? The PSU is one of those things that if 'it' goes, more can go out with it.

So how far were you planning on taking any of these upgrades?

i would upgrade the graphics card because games these days are getting better and better...

Video Card looks a bit behind.

The Nvidia 8 series is superb, and the 6 will work too...

get a nice psu that has some head room for whatever you throw at it.
but before we make any more suggestions, tell us a budget?

Graphics card and PSU first then hard drive or memory. And a budget would be helpful.

power supply (so you can upgrade the gfx card)
graphics card

Motherboard and processor

HDD if you are short on space

Pc power and cooling is the best power supply hands down... and for graphics... I would go with nvidia's 290... and it's about to be a lot lower in price because of the new cards this winter... so I would go with that.... its fast and should have no problem with most games on high settings... My two cents anyways...

It also depends on what kind of Graphics card you would get. I have a 480 watt power supply and it runs my nvidia 9800gt just fine.

new OS then max out how much memory the board can take, you'll up your performance big time. then psu and graphics.
