I've looked all over the place for a recommended list of mods for Fallout 3, so I decided to make one here with the few recommendations I know.
All credit goes to the authors of the following Mods I recommend you try, I have not taken any part in the making or tweaking of any of these mods.
List as follows:
Fallout Overhaul Kit - FOOK2 (Add's new weapons, new cloths, armor, abilitys ie, breach locked doors with explosives and much more.

Weapons Mod Kits - WMK (Modifcation to upgrade weapons with scope, laser sight, Extended Clip, Auto-Fire. Note, the laser is only to increase accuracy, you can see it but not much.

FO3Edit - (For merging all of the data files to get better compatability)
My Megaton House - MMH (Bigger Megaton House with alot more storage)
Fallout Script Extender - FOSE (Basicly a compatability install, note it does'nt work with some but rare mods)
If you have'nt modded Fallout 3 ever, you will need these files and are infact not a recommendation but a requirement.
Fallout Mod Manger - FOMM (Better control of Mod Data files)
ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated - Which to allow you to make changes to Fallout 3
All these Mods can and only be acuired the offical fallout 3 mod site

When downloading large mods they usaly give you a minor link which has faster download speeds.
Now it's your turn if you have a mod you have tryed and like post the name.
