I need some new fans. The ones I have now are just too loud and don't move as much air as i would like. I mostly need a new a new CPU fan, right now I have the stock one that came with my CPU (AMD Phenom 8650 Triple Core) and it is really loud, it does keep my CPU kinda cool around 55 degrees Celsius (I guess this is average). I want something a little better so I can overclock my CPU and it not get too hot. Here is the motherboard I am using Here. I also need a couple of case fans. Right now I have 1 80mm fan at the front of my case and a 120mm at the back, I want replace both of these. I am not sure how many I need. My budget for my CPU fan is under $50 but as for the other fans im not really sure because I'm not sure how many I need.

Just about any current HS/F, in the tower format with heatpipes, is going to be quieter and perform better than the stock HS/F.
I don't know what size you can fit in there, but the Freezer7pro (64, for AMD, I believe) is a good, inexpensive starting point.
I got my wife this one. Does a really good job. XIGMATEK HDT-SD964.
On the case fan front I have some Yate Loons that are quiet and move some good air, I like my Scythes too.

LED fans are usually loud fans, if you're looking to go silent, don't get LED fans..
It doesn't have to be completely silent just the fans I have now are kinda old and vibrate and make a lot of noise, and my CPU fan has no speed control on it so it runs at 100% all the time.

the cooler is extremely efficient, but not the best because it sacrifices some temp for db's.
the case fans however, are the best. and they have 3 speed settings. but they are costly for a case fan.

I have SilenX fans and they are pretty quiet, much quieter than cheap fans. Fan controllers help by only activating fan when needed. Temperature-controlled fans help as well. I have a Vigor Monsoon III CPU cooler and it is quiet as well - speed is varied with temperature. Your PSU fan may be causing noise as well if it is 80 mm.

The Corsair H50 performs NEAR the performance of a high end air cooler, such as a LAPPED True 120, a Prolimatech Megahalem, or a IFX-14. Those will all edge out the H50 on a overclocked i7, but the H50 will perform admirable IF configured properly.
I would NOT get the Gigabyte loop, it can easily be outperformed by a Prolimatech Megahalem, yet it almost twice the price. If you want performance CLOSE to a Custom Water Cooling loop, look at the AMA Aragon 900.

You're going to be spending AT LEAST $250(Probably closer to $300 depending on deals you can/can't find) to make it worth getting liquid cooling. Otherwise you'd be better off just getting a Prolimatech Megahalem and 2 75-100cfm 38mm fans for around $100.

I also recommend the noctua, thats what im using quiet and does the job.
As of case fans compare the dB and the CFM of the fans to which one falls in your price range. One of my friends also has this cooler also and he took the two noctua fans and placed them on his case and put slipstream 120s which move 110CFM at 37dB ( $13.99 x 2 = 28.00). The dB is a little loud i would get something with less dB if you do it this way.
