All kidding aside, there's something wrong with your skin. I'd suggest removing the files for it.

Did you minimize? Alt-Tab? That will usually mess up your game.

Do a barrel roll.







But yeah, if it's an alt-tab issue, just restart the game client and it'll be back to normal. Otherwise delete your skin folder.
