Ok, here is my current PC setup.

OS: Vista Home Premium 32bit
HDD: 320GB
Ram: 3GB DDR2
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHZ
Graphics: nVidia GeForce 8600 GT

I can run the games I like at a playable framerate (30-45fps average) with fairly high graphic settings. Thing is I'd like to get it so I can run games with max graphics settings with at least 60fps average while keeping the price to a minimum. Suggestions and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

We need a budget before we start suggesting things. But so I dont have to re post, I just got a Nvidia 9800gt 512mb and I can run TF2 on maxed setting at 60fps+.

Get away from windows vista. It tends to suck up a computer's potential. If your computer supports windows xp, I would recommend installing that. Otherwise, upgrade to windows 7 when it comes out.
If you want to keep vista, I would definantly upgrade your processor, tf2 is getting quite processor-intensive and a 2.2GHz is getting to be too low for it. As well, you might want to add another gig of ram or upgrade your video card. It is a good time to buy video cards cause both AMD and NVIDIA are coming out with new top of the line ones, which will likely cause the prices of their lower end ones to drop.

Thanks for the input so far. As for budget I'm thinking about $200 for now. Hopefully that's not too low for a single upgrade of some sort. Also linking the product you guys are talking about would be nice as well.
