so im not that great with photoshop plus i dont have a pc right now (gotta love slow days at work )

Just to let you know, BodyBagger08, these are the ideal sizes for graphics:

Following format:
Graphic Name: Ideal Size (Max Size)

Signature: 500px x 200-225px (800px x 200px)
Spray: 512px x 512px (2056px. Has to be power of 2. Ex: 128px, 256px, 512px, 1024px, 2056px)
Avatar: 125px x 125px (125px x 125px)

Also, I'm not criticizing. For a first try (if its a first try) its pretty good.
