Create a squad

Hello everybody I have an idear:

I ask me if its not possible to create a squad with only french persons into it or only english persons... Also I think that its will maybe good to create a squad for games and war with players who are same nationalitys its diffcult to speak english for all peoples

So If you want ask me some questions I am here and please answer a this thread and tell me your mind and will not do that I say(this for admin there are only to decided that !!)

What exactly are you trying to ask/say?

You want to make an eGO Insurgency squad for the different nationalities?
ex. French squad & English squad?

I personally think that breaking up the division into different squads according to nationality would prevent the differing nationalities from getting to know one another. I would like to see the complete opposite of that...
If you really think this could be something though I would post a thread in the Drop Box, this is a place on eGO forums where, If you have a suggestion, concern, promo recommendation, neighborhood watch, or problem. Please post them here. Only leadership will be able to see your thread. If it is something over an advisors head, please send council a pm directly.

if you just want to get to know people from your country try making an social group for it and have a link in your sig and tell any one you know thats from your country about it then you can play together and talk about stuff in your own language about your country.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he's saying that he would like them not grouped by nationality but by Language. He says it's difficult for all people to understand English, so I think that's the point he's getting across. And while I think the idea of splitting the division for anything isn't a good idea, I understand that language barriers can be frustrating. If we're trying to attract as many European players as possible, this is going to be something we have to deal with.

At the moment I don't know how many people in our clan we have that don't speak English very well, but that could be because we don't have anything that supports non-English speakers.

i think thats exactly what hes saying but as you said we don't have many people who arent that confident at speaking English. and also APR most EU countries have English as their second language and are made to learn it at school from an early age

Currently our policy is to mix and match to create a better group cohesiveness... If english is hard to understand, then we'll work it out. As of this time, we are not going to create groups based on language, but instead try to better communicate with our current member base.
