+1, Don't know what it is but it seems like its missing something.

yeah its cool, with some added detail it'd look pretty nice

maybe get a good scratches brush for photoshop and paint some cuts into it, give it a little depth, make it look like its painted onto some rough surface... or just overlay some grungey texture on it like i did with the wallpaper i just made (link in my sig)

Okay, a lot of you said that it seemed something was missing, so as suggested i added several overlays and did a few things - tell me what you think..

Btw, where did you get those soldiers, are they brushes or ?

Just type in army silhouettes in google images, or whatever silhouette your looking for.
