CVS Pharmacy is run by quacks.
If you're at all familiar with Paxil (or any other antidepressant for that matter) then this will make much more sense to you. And scare you just that much more.

The bottle has a label for Paxil CR 12.5 mg. And the drug itself is, indeed, Paxil CR 12.5 mg, but all of the paperwork accompanying the prescription states Paxil CR 25 mg.
When one gets a prescription for a drug with paperwork that very specifically states, “Antidepressant medicines may increase suicidal thoughts or actions,” and goes on to state, “Be especially watchful for these symptoms when a new antidepressant is started or when the dose is changed.” Her doctor did not prescribe a different dosage, but the pharmacist decided to play with fire and change the dosage.
The carelessness displayed by your employees is utterly horrifying, especially with a medication of this type with the possible side effects (which include suicide) that are present. I’m very concerned as to what kind of quality control CVS Pharmacies have and what exactly is going on behind the pharmacy counter. This is a very scary mishap and instills no faith or confidence in your company.

Sigh... what could have happened is just scary.
