Do you have any photo editing software? If not download GIMP its a free photoshop like clone.
Open up the image you want, resize it to 256x256, once you've done that, click save as, then save it as a 'TGA' file a box will pop up at some point make sure RLE Compression is NOT ticked. Once its saved, import the spray into the game from the options tab, and it should work
