Cant hear voice chat.

For some reason in CS:S I cant hear the voice chat and the little indicators dont show up at all. I have voice receive volume all the way up and sv_voiceenable is set to 1. I also discovered a fille named voice_ban.dt I dont know if that has anything to do with it but Ive never seen that file before. I put an FPS config in my auto exec to help boost my FPS and it had voiceenable set to 0 but I deleted that script and set everything back to normal. I dont know what is wrong please help me.

sv_voiceenable is a SERVER command (as all sv commands are)
that will not help you

you need the following:

voice_enable 1
