Steam being stupid not letting me play tf2

basicly as said.. don't know whats going on with steam but it's been locking up on me so i haven't been able to play TF2, once i get back on the issues you'll see on more often... lol 3 weeks since i've been in game... should be soon!

And BTW I already had some issues in the past with TF2 not starting up.

Sorry to hear it, my steam likes to randomly disable my access to certain games and crash over and over again. Took an entire format to be able to play Empire Total War

how are u opening it? are u using a desktop shortcut?

Are you currently participating in the Steam Client Beta. It seems to require the computer to be restarted before it will reload Steam

no beta for me. and steam opened up either by shortcut or by the exe in the file has issues.. it may be time for a major reformat lol and complete reinstall of my games (facepalm)
