Technical Support Chat

Are you having technical problems that require immediate attention? Don't want to wait for a reply on the forums?

If you're having problems and need help quick, our team is usually online but not always on the forums. Which is why I've setup a chat that will alert our technical support team when someone needs help! Just click the link above and if it says "Online" you'll be instantly connected to one of our representatives. If it says "Offline" you can feel free to leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as someone is back at their computer!

I can't guarantee we will always have the answer to your question, but if you're looking for a quick first look we're here for you!

Hope we can help out!

Technical Support Tools:
TeamViewer - This tool will allow us to connect to your computer remotely and assist you via that method if necessary. It's a one time connection and there is no installation necessary. Just run the program and you'll be provided with a username and password which you'll have to provide to our support representative. You are free to deny the use of this tool, but it helps us a lot if we can see what you see :).

Lol, it's preferred that you have a background in computers :P. But I hope you don't have any problems anytime soon either! They're no fun, but that's what I'm here for.

How much is starting pay for being on the team and is there commission on the amount of issues one does fix?

:P I am not making fun of what your trying to do just trying to have laugh :)

Lol :). Maybe if we can get a few more people then we can get the uppers to back this little project and maybe get a sticky on this post. I'm just here to try and keep people happy when things go wrong. Hopefully this will catch on and people will actually use us as a first look for their issues. What we cant resolve can always be posted on the forums for further assistance.

I would definitely be interested in helping with this. If you need a resume, i can send it in a PM. ;D

Sure, we'd be happy to welcome you to the team. I'll have to wait until I get home to create your user account, but I'll PM you the details as soon as I have it all setup.

I think people are afraid of talking to a live person :P.

PS: DTS wherever you ran off to. Try a BIOS update on your motherboard and see if you don't see an improvement. It seems that a lot of the AM2+ motherboards are made AM3 compatible with a BIOS update.
