its funny because im getting an itouch like with in a month.
anyone here that can create apps or that knows someone who can. the shud make that app and you like shake it and it does the timer like thing then make the dear ringer uncloak noise. i would buy it for 99 cents

Yeh, the problem with doing that is that one of the files was put in the wrong place, ill let you know which one and tell you where to chage it to in a bit.

ok the folder there is a folder that this guy made, but put it in the wrong location and when you just drop them in the TF folder it doesnt go to where it should. So what I suggest is DL the skin again and open the iRinger folder and once you do, you will see 3 different folders, each labled different. 1)colored meter, 2)iRinger, 3)iPod Background (for the real iTouch)
open the iRinger folder and go to the materials folder, then the models folder and then the weapons folder and take the c_items folder out and put it on your desk top. Then go to Start-->my comp-->(explore C Drive)-->Program Files-->steam-->steam apps-->(your name here)-->teamfortress2-->TF-->materials-->models-->weapons and drop the c_items folder in the weapons folder and you should be able to see the iRinger properly, if not let me know and ill go throught he whole thing with you.
