Hey everyone. I'm having a problem in steam with my password. It is saying incorrect password but I never changed it. I don't know my username password either for the reactivating email either. I'm so confused and I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help me or is this like a helpless situation lol.

yeah i did all that and nothing is helping me..i think img oing to have to make a new account and buy a new dods game if i cant get it to work ..this stinkss

OMG! me too!!! I just wiped my hard drive and now it's not letting me sign in not that I helped at all...BUT it's good to know that I'm not alone in my struggle against software good luck getting it to work dude

My suggestion would be to contact STEAM support via phone if you can't remember your user name or the e-mail account you used. Unfortunately there's really nothing we can do since we have no control over your STEAM account.
