in need of movement/weapon tactics

I am not that good either, but I have found that when you are sniping, if you can dance around and force the other to shoot first, you can kill him while he loads.

If you use rifleman weapons use the little dot. the crosshair its number 5 and take the smallest you can you hit very good with that. and when you are support use the little dot you hit more better than the normal crosshair :)

Now that I disagree with! I used to use the dot, but switched back to a crosshair for rifles because it makes strafing and shooting easier. The traditional crosshairs will be most accurate when "closed" when you move they spread, so you may not have a hit. Ultimately it's a matter of taste, but I find using a crosshair is actually better overall because you'll be able to know how accurate you are.

As for personal tips....

Rifles: Don't get in close if you don't have to, stick away from buildings, those situations favor an auto. Use your nades to soften up places your headed as well, and if you don't know how to, start practicing the rifle nade cook.

Heavy (support): The Stg in particular kicks like a bloody mule, I'd fire in 4-5 shot bursts, and take cover if you miss excessively. It's rate of fire is also pretty slow comparatively, so being alert is important. The BAR, I feel, you can hold down the trigger on, getting at least 3 hits should kill anyone, and single shot is useful, in my opinion. Many a rifleman perished at a distance because of my single shots. Also, use those lovely 2 nades!

Assault: Easiest class for me, stick to buildings, hold a corner, kill someone and move forward. Smoke dangerous areas, and don't be afraid to cap flags.

Mg/Sniper: They depend on you, defensive mgs/snipers need safer locations, and good reaction time. Offensive looks for a lot of kills in shorter lives, you definitely need to be fast and pay attention for nades though.
