Spyder removed from jail server

ba_jail_spyder was removed from the jail server last night because of all the complaints coming from it. Whenever the map came on there were a handful of complaints about the round lag, and how the map was far terrorist sided. Its basically the same case as ba_jail_forest was.

Same policy as usual - do not make threads saying it should come back, and please don't send any of the leadership a PM requesting its return.

I love syntax

And Final should also be removed in my opinion, just because there's absolutely nothing to do on the map and it lags almost as much as Spyder did.
