Thought this was pretty funny

An F-111 was flying escort with a B-52 and generally making a nuisance of himself by flying rolls around the lumbering old bomber.
The message for the B-52 crew was, "Anything you can do, I can do better."
Not to be outdone, the bomber pilot announced that he would rise to the challenge.
The B-52 continued its flight, straight and level, however.
Perplexed, the fighter pilot asked, "So? What did you do?"
"We just shut down two engines."

Ok, I got one.

A man wrote a letter to a small hotel in a midwest town he planned to
visit on his vacation.

He wrote, "I would very much like to bring my dog with me. He is well
groomed and very well behaved. Would you be willing to permit me to keep
him in my room with me at night?"

An immediate reply came from the hotel owner, who said, "I've been
operating this hotel for many years. In all that time, I've never had a
dog steal towels, bedclothes, silverware or pictures off the walls. I've
never had to evict a dog in the middle of the night for being drunk and
disorderly. and I've never had a dog run out on a hotel bill. Yes,
indeed, your dog is welcome at my hotel. And, if your dog will vouch for
you, you're welcome to stay here, too."

This is an F-111

This a B-52

The F-111 is a bomber with only 2 engines, the B-52 has 8.

Now why a F-111 is flying "ESCORT" IDK but the point was even with two engines dead the B-52 keeps on flying.

jets have two engines. the b52 has 4 i believe. so the jets were flyin around being like oh i can do this i can do this. so the b52 pilot told the jet pilot anything you can do i can do better so he shut down two engines (still had 2 running) and said hah do that.
