ok i wanted to see who loves reading as much as me... if im not online pwnin with my buddies.. or workin.. im reading something.

ive been reading novels for about 12 years and my library ive racked up is pretty big(and expnsive) so if this thread gets some good response maybe ill tell you guys some of the stuff ive read...

oh and feel free to say what genre u like .. im a scifi/fantasy guy , i love dragons and such.

so have at it peeps.. whos gets off the pc every now and then!!
 
babyjam. i love the series Eragon ALOT! so i like fantasy and adventure/fighting novels. there fatastic. :D
 
I read a lot of Star Wars books, but nonfiction, like historical stuff (and realistic fiction, provided it's not sold as truth :P) is good sometimes too.
 
My favorite book series is Ender's Game. It's science fiction.

hmm i dont think that i have... whos the author..

my fav series and the first books i read was terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth, Wizards First Rule was an amazing book and got me into reading when i was about 16
 
I love to read almost anything (excepting mushy romances) - I am joining your group, Sexy Beast. :)
 
I'm 18 now. I've been reading adult level novels since grade 6. I was reading Robert Ludlum back then. I love reading. It helped me mature far beyond my years, (although it doesn't always show online) and helped my english and vocab/grammar/knowledge alot.

I read anything, except romance. My favourites, however, are crime/mystery, or the sagas from Raymond E Feist.

I haven't heard of him. Crime authors I normally read are Faye/Jon Kellerman, Ludlum, Clancy, Janet Evanovich, and other authors I cannot recall. Most of them are in series.

I haven't read Dan Brown's latest yet. A&D's FAR exceeds Da Vinci though!
 
My favorite as of late is world war z ..read 3 times and just don't get tired of it
 
Yeah, im not sure how reading got twisted in schools to becoming "uncool". Im a senior in high school, and read a ton and read a ton when I was little so it comes easy, can't compete with a good book.
 
I feel ya there Chemist... problem is ive read all the good ones already and waiting on the authors to finish is a pain
 
I have a bunch of WWII Nazi Germany subject'd books and I love the Redwall series. Other than that I haven't really found much of reading material that I really like.

I actually write my own stuff tho, and people seem to really like it.
 
DEAN KOONTZ! but if not him then my favorite late current fiction author robert ludlum. i think the prometheus deception is his last book written by him and i just finished it. man, that book puts every spy thriller to shame! get it now!
