when playing DoD, i hate the guys that kill themselves or go spectate when a round is won. they are afraid of losing there points an that pisses the hell out of me. die like a man, or hide. cause if i see a patern, im kicking people:cursing:

I would like to apologize to you for killing myself earlier today. But scaring of losing points wasn't my intension. If I really do, I would have spec jump at the first place and give you no chance to even lay 1 single bullet on me. Also I have never spec jump even once before. I was just trying to joke arround with you. So I guess I made a bad decision. Being kicked 5 am in morning kind of frustrates me but I totally understand why you did that.

I see it all the time, its sad but unfortunately part of the game - it would be nice if going to spec after a round was won was blocked. People sweat points way to much - HAVE FUN!

Well atleast you run away creaming like a little girl just like the rest of us. Although you are greedy with "sharing" your points.

I never realized that is what some folks were doing. Goomba explained it to me, as he ususally does.

It does seem kinda cheap. It can be very disruptive. I logged in one minute after one of our members had just pissed-off the entire Wermacht team by doing this over and over. I had to warn several people and kick a few of them. They were cursing like mad they were so upset. This person created one helluva mess that I had to clean up. I did not appreciate it.

On the other side of the arguement the points system is very cruel. I tend to obsess a little too much over them myself. I agree with the 'just have fun' philosophy but I also know that points matter, maybe not as much as many think; but be honest, we all pay attention to the players with 7000+ points. We also know that there are some very good players below that mark.

It is the non-manly way of saving some points. I usually politely ask the offenders to not do it again and that takes care of it.

Do points get you anything, besides standing? If not, I don't see the big fuss. Have fun, run around like a chicken with no head when you lose. Half the fun is the hide and go seek.

I have been playing with you for sometime during the morning hours for the past year. So you might have some idea that I wasn't the kind of people you think I am. I also stepped up and reveal myself so that you can forgive me. I was just trying to fool arround with you. I just want to clearify that it's nothing about the 13 points you will get from me since most of the people on the server takes 20 plus points off me.

Points are a joke, I wish we'd get rid of them, everyone crys about some new guy to the server taking 25 points, So? Get them back if you've got so many.

I am I the only person who kinda get excited if our team losses?? It's like a huge game of "Hide and don't die."

Also change the losing music to the James Bond music! "Dan daddle a dan dum dum dum dan diddle a dan!"

Switching to spec is really more work than it's worth. It's one death...if you can't get those points back then that one death shouldn't be your biggest worry...

I remember that, he blatantly ignored direction from leadership, which cost him dearly. Its just a game, your team loses, they take no prisoners! face it like a man :scared:
