Some tips for Gimp (if you use it)

Hey guys! its Lotus Blade! i just got interested in making sigs, avatars, and sprays and i would like some direction on how to download brushes, get all the cool stuff that you great artists make, and all those other cool things. so if you could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated

Lotus blade, i dont know how gimp works..but www.dafont.com is for fonts.
www.brusheezy.com is for brushes and stuff. hope it works for you

I'm new to gimp as well but I'm pretty sure if you d/l brushes and patterns you put them into GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\brushes or \patterns or \gradients...and so on. Then just load up GIMP and they should be in the lists.
