No one else can tell you what to make your name...it has to be something you come up with or eventually you just won't like it. Trust me, I've seen people try. I've stuck with the same name since I started gaming years ago, never had a problem with it yet.

You gotta keep it, or come up with a different name that you think defines you, or better yet, one that you can define.

Take my name for example. It started out as Ace for arcade game highscore entries, which was based off of a Snorks episode from my childhood, then it turned into Acefisher, because Ace was so common and I needed something that defined who I am and set me apart from others. Then when Comcast needed a unique user ID for our new high speed internet 13 years ago, I added the one, because apparently one other person had used my online ID of "Acefisher". I have thus considered changing my online handle multiple times and always realized that my name is my own and I need to define that name, not the other way around.

Keep your name and make it your own.

If you don't believe me, Google my username and you'll see that 90% or more of the webpages associated with the search will be me when the whole name is the one that was found in the search. You'll find places like eGO, Roller Warehouse, Infectious, Kotaku, and raptr.

I hope you consider all things before changing your name. It actually is a pretty big decision. Many of my college friends actually refer to me by my username, it really is something that can become part of your real life. Think about it a bit before making any mistakes.

You chose this name to begin with so you like it. In the end that is all that matters. Never let other people thinking something about you is silly or dumb make you want to change it.

Keep it unless you come to a point where you personally feel it doesn't suit you at all. So far...I think it does.
