Skins not working :(

Ok I have a skin for cs:S for dual elites that doesnt work for some reason even thou i followed all the steps and it seemed to work with everybody else, anyone have an idea why its not working ?

where are you extracting them to?

Some servers have sv_pure 2, which can vary to allowing custom skins/textures/GUI's.

i am extracting the stuff to where i am supposed to and i try the skins on create server

How are you installing them? You should be dragging all the files into your CSTRIKE folder and clicking yes to merge folders.

Try installing it without extracting the sounds and scripts files. They always are buggy.

i will try that shadow aand prototype i know how to instal skins, thats why it surprised me it didnt work
