Borderlands Issue

So I've BARELY had Borderlands for a day, and it keeps crashing and giving me this "General Protection Fault!" error. Also, some crashes happen where it just crashes and the screen flickers different shades of black and it never goes back to the game. I have to keep Crtl+Alt+Del-ing to end the game. Anyone know what's up? :scared:

Could you get a screenshot of the error it gives when it crashes? Is it a windows error or a game error?
