Edit: Also, what's wrong with lowest settings? As long as you can see and shoot and it's all smooth, who cares?
I'm sure I'm running really low settings, I just can't remember. (no real video card).

Well, got me a mic...kinda. And sorry for the TK's...me and the RPG are truly a strange pair...BOOM *Giggles* Maybe the support gun is really where I should be...*giggles some more*...or maybe just a pistol...*giggles maniacally*...I really need to stop reading the "Evil Genius" series...

For those who didn't know, I took a lightning strike back in July that wiped out my gaming machine's MB, my router, the electrical socket they were plugged into (Bypassing BOTH surge protectors...unharmed...go figure)...and wiping out the cell phone and charger that was plugged into the other plug. I was playing insurgency at the time (Seriously...not kidding...) and the static electricty arced between my fingers at my keyboard...it was kinda frightening.
Since then, I've been trying to get my gaming machine pieced together...it's still not up to snuff yet (First had to find a MB with SLI capability that took my ancient processor, then Vid card issues...then HD issues...now operating system issues...geez), so I put together another machine from my "parts bin" and put a GeForce 5200 in it (hence, the low settings) because 3 months is Too Damn Long for me to be gone from my favorite addiction!
My backup monitor has a mic built into it...so it "kinda" works...so if I sound scratchy and disgusting, that's why.
I tried to get into Ventrilo, but was told I was unintelligible. I don't know if that's a hardware or a software problem, since I can be heard reasonably okay in game.
Anyway, hope to see you all when I get little slivers of time to play in these days!

Why dont you go to your backyard and install a huge metal rod to the ground.. so the lighting goes to it and not your area
