What you need to work on Death is work on using the 203 without the sights, its will be the best way to get good at shooting that puppy in long ranges.. only use the sights when you have about not more than 100 feet or less to shoot that puppy.

I have found the best way to use the 203 is to shoot form hip on long ranges, and using sights when you need perfect short hits like in a window

The M203 rocks as a 'hip shot' weapon! The iron sights just get in the way, for the most part.
