<div style="width: 500px; text-align: center" align="center">The Recruiters are once again looking for motivated, interested, and dedicated people who would be willing to step up as recruiters and desire to contribute positively to the community. This applies only to eG and eGO admins at this time. This is because we feel those members have gained more experience in the clan to serve as recruiters. We do not wish to hurt the feelings of e?s here, but hopefully you can understand our thought process regarding this matter. We strongly encourage e?s and all members, recruiters or not, to always help recruit people to eGO because that is a manner in which anyone can help out if he or she so desires.

Any eG or eGO interested in applying should post in the eG and eGO private forums where threads have been made to address interest. eGs and eGOs simply reply in your corresponding thread. From there, an interview will be set up to determine acceptance. The threads will be active through November 14, 2009 after which following requests will not be accepted.

Keep in mind that to new recruits, it would seem strange that somebody of their own rank, rather than a superior, would be able to accept applicants.

JayFlip has a point. If =(e)='s were given the permission to assign new e's , it wouldn't seem fair to them. Also, you have to keep in mind eGO has many members. Theres are alot of e's out there so it would be kinda hard. I agree those who have proven to be capable of admin power should have full trusts to become recruiters. Just because they have been here longer and are more experienced. Though not saying all e's are not to be trusted because e's are to be eG's and so on.

So Altec, we are e's and if we have proven our selfs to be eG capable, then our time will come.
