It wasn't necessarily the driver's fault. Forklifts can do some pretty stupid crap beyond the driver's control.

Granted, I'd certainly think they should have the rafters bolted into the concrete, or widen up those corridors.

This is definately not the first time I've seen something like this happen, though.

Wonder if the dude was alright.

yeah, the driver will probably sue the warehouse owner for some type of negligence and humiliation and be awarded millions of dollars by the same jury that awarded the lady who burned herself with coffee in mcdonalds.

I have seen smaller versions of this happen before. more than likly one of the legs in the section that was hit was weak from other minor hits or something like that and then it makes a dommino effect. The worst i saw 1st hand was 3 sections. Kinda freaky.
