Video: Duality Sniping

Not sure how big the raw files were cause I clipped down some of the video I used. The total unedited clips that I have were about 4.3 GB, I dropped my in-game res to 1280x720 then used fraps at 60fps to record the scenes I wanted from the demo, cause i knew if I just let it record it would've been huge!

As far as the codec not really sure, I used windows movie maker and after i clicked publish I selected "windows media 720p HD (5.9mbps)"... its wmv but really I dont know more than that.

I guess it must have been smaller than 1GB cuz it's on YouTube, but if you end up making longer videos consider the Xvid 4 Codec. It'll cut your published video size in half, all you have to do is download it and select it from the Codec drop down box in whatever application you're using to publish: http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/
 
Very nice video, not a fan of the skins though. The no scope kill was very nice, keep it up.

Well the final product was 123mb so it cut it down ALOT. But i'll def look into xvid, considering every torrent in the world uses it lol. Not that I do that... pirating is bad (but legal in europe).

Thanks guys, I'll get better clips on my next attempt. Those were all from one session.
 
lol man, i loved the skins.

I've tinkered with sony vegas a bit too. I haven't really put too much time into it. Just splitting clips, adding music and barely tried some transitions but I know how awesome it can get. Let me know if you wanna see some awesome editing/frag videos, I know a ton.

wouldn't mind seeing a couple of your videos. After all, the coolest video with the best effects still blows if the shots aren't awesome, at least that's the approach I'm going with while I make my movie :scared:
 
that was pretty amazing, reminds me of Cs style sniping. I have a slightly different style but not much. the difference I think is you have quicker reflexes, (and probably faster internet speeds.) Thanks for the vid! cool model changes too.
 
I liked it, but what people didn't notice is that you showed the part of the video where I accused you of farting in the archway..... This leads me to believe that you were the culprit! hehe
 
haha yea i remember seeing that when editing the video clips, I said screw it, its funny.
