Is the Ipod touch worth it?

Yes, you should get one. It's amazing how much boredom it removes from the schoolday, when I don't have anything to do I just whip it out and search the internet(school has wifi)/mess with apps.

Only bad thing is I want to buy more music, but I end up seeing even cooler apps and waste a ton of money on them lol..

Only thing I dislike is you can only have 10 pages of apps, I mean come on.. its a 32gig I should be able to have more. But you can easily get around this by jailbreaking it.

as a 7+ month user of the iphone 3g im gonna say no, i really hate my phone, dunno much about the itouch but id rather take a normal ipod other than the itouch

congratz on the buy, the screen is indeed scratch able though, and try not to drop it i went threw 5 iphones. :s but if you can keep it in good shape its an amazing device!

yes the ipod touch is well worth it. i have one of the 1st gen ones, a 32gb version, and have had it well over a year now. everyone that uses it loves the features and the ease of use. the applications that have come out for it are so useful and i am always amazed by the innovation of some ppl, from app for exercise to games that i used to play on my old commodore 64 as a kid, i love. spend a little more and get a better ipod
