Change in leadership
- KILLERxDEEBO went to DoD to help them out
- Eachdraidh coming into INS division

Recruiting
- Still need help with recruiting
- Need to try to record European players
- Anyone can recruit
- PM a recruiter advisor if you are interested in becoming a recruiter (eG and up)
- Need to recruit more people into INS

Admin training
- More admin Training sessions
- Any O's interested in becoming admin trainers Pm Gen-ig
- Newly promoted eG's need to go to admin class in order to learn how to use their new commands

Events
- Newly scheduled divisional scrims every week
- Play a different division each week
- Calender has a list of all events run by INS (left hand side of forum)
- Getting a lot of events going this moth & next month
- More scrimming against each other
- New ideas for dog tag scrims, where e and eG are on the same team against eGO
- Roadtrips and Mod nights willl be held on Tuesday nights

e Orientation
- INS will try to hold their own e orientation
- Will be like the clan-wide orientation, but within INS
- Need senior eGO's to help out (PM Gen-ig or HL2master if intrested)

Donations
- Need donations to help keep the servers running
- Donations of $20 or more will receive an eGO T-shirt

Disrespect
- eGO members who are caught deliberatly break rules will be removed
- Follow the rules, play the game and have fun

no actually don't convert it. It's better to get ventrilo format thus we can see who is talking. please share both formats if possible
 
I'm still trying my best to get it small enough to upload to mediafire, but sadly, doesn't seem to get small enough. I will keep trying.

The file is about 63,500 KB. Never seems to get any smaller than that, erven after being cut into 4 parts.
 
I have listend to it again, and put the main details into words. I will post it later after I spellcheck it.

that should be recruit European players. anyone that plays late night US or really early US please be on the look out of Europeans

all great events, but we will need your impute, we can only run events if we know what you want and that you will turn up so go to anything we have a support the event coordinators and then they will put out more events for you to enjoy

When my Division switching process is done anyone can call me for help for around my timezone (GMT+2).
