Total Price:
ATM the total price is around $1950. However, I expect to that some of these prices will drop within a month or more of time and new deals may lead to cheaper discounts.

So I am estimating this build will cost around $1750ish by the time of my purchase. Also, I may be able to get the OEM for free from a relative.

Nice build. Thats a really good deal for an I7, that one is usually around $300.

nice
thats really cheap for that i7
hope you like what you end up getting

good build all around. don't count on getting a 5870 for less, expect to pay more.

yea i've been staring at that microcenter deal for a while. They actually sell all CPU's cheaper and such.

You will be able to get very nice overclocks with that build.
