Signature Request

I would like a signature that reflects a nice, creepy sanitarium. Something with an insane guy or anything! I know most of you can shoot up on a creativity field day with this one so have at it If you need to know anything else just ask. I really don't have any specifications.

Fun fact... I got my name from the Metallica song Welcome Home (Sanitarium)
