Borderlands graphic question

ok, on the PC does anyone else see black squares on the ground? its not everywere but its like the regular ground texture then black squares then the regular texture. any idea why?

If its in a cheakerboard patteren I would say that its a video driver issue. The textures are not being loaded properly. Make sure you have up-to-date drivers. You might also try reinstalling the game, but hold off on that just yet.

If the boxes are kind of flickering in and out and moving on the screen (not just the ground) then you may be having an overheat issue. Its hard to tell because "black boxes on the ground" is kind of a vauge explination.

If you could take a screenshot or something I might be able to help you better.

what in the hell
did you download/install the game or do you have the cd...
and i dunno if it is from overheating but this game does pump my temps up there quite a bit

i have the cd
it doesnt affect my gameplay it just looks wierd and gets annoying

I would say update your drivers, But then again there's alot of things that might cause that issue. Computer barely meets the requirements to run the game? Heat? Drivers? Game glitching up on your system?
