Need to bounce an e-mail off a smtp server.

For a e-mail security class, I need to send an anonmous e-mail to the Class. Then they will try to trace it back to the original sender. Does anyone have a smtp server that I can bounce a couple of e-mails off of? If you do, pm me the info, so your server information isn't posted here. I would only need it for one day, then the account can be deleted.

No attack, they will just be searching the headers to try to find the original ip sent from. Pretty basic security class, they don't want to use the class' as everyone knows it. The professor might have a few more quesitons involved.
