ya battlemages are fantastic i just got mine up to 8 and already he is using tier 5 heavy armor and a tier 5 sword and actually does more damage than Alistair, he barely has any magic left to do other spells but he does more damage melee once i get to 14 and finally unlock the blood magic special (6 times though already and still havent unlocked that) i be set
