I played L4D2 for about 3 hours and i love it, its so good also the zombies are +10, Valve really did a great job on left 4 dead 2 :):)

What do you think?

I just played 2 levels cause I am going to play with my buddies Jurgs and Rellik but the smoke in the building and fire with it falling apart. Cool but I had no idea what was going on. Jumped in a random game. Second level was some concert all.Man that was is tough. New weapons rock but I notice less and less story on the walls. Also got a game that we do not speak off :P. Beat the SP now looking into MP. Also had even more extra cash that I got Assassins Creed 2. I got all three at the same time since I was working the midnight launch for both games.

Wow, just wow.

Usually a sequel is just more of the same with some new levels/weapons etc but L4D2 is that x10 and then some. Played about 3hrs myself last nite on dead center campaign and a little versus and thus far it has exceeded all my expectations and havent even really scratched the surface into the game with the different gamplay modes and campaigns.

Valve did an awesome job.

w00t! I'm special! I got the extremely limited L4D2 edition that has an exciting feature that is sure to be the envy of boys and girls the world over :O

Instead of NPC characters, my game has large, capital red letters that say ERROR. The errors walk around, they pick up guns, and they shoot zombies.

um, maybe the word should have been 'fail'

I have just finished the game and i gotta say its the best thing i have played in some time, im now lookin in to online play :) if you wanna play some time add me king_roo

Played the first chapter last night, was ALOT of fun. The chainsaw and grenade launcher are quite possibly the coolest thing ever....oh and the desert eagle......oh and the ninja sword......oh and the boomer bile.....oh and the.........

VS in Left 4 Dead 2 is some of the most fun multiplayer I've ever engaged in. Of course, part of that is just because I haven't gotten used to the hilarity of a proper jockey ride...Ah, so much chaos.

But seriously, this one looks to be a tough job to survive in VS mode. Both the charger and the jockey have some pretty serious potential for splitting your team up and causing havoc. And god forbid ANYONE is on the ground where a spitter throws some goo.

Good luck getting your teammate up when they're covered in that crap.

Heck of a game, LOVE IT. Don't want to start a flame war here, but definitely a different enough game with enough features to merit a sequel. This as DLC for L4D just wouldn't "fit." Love both games equally right now, but this is win at it's best.

I hate to be saying this but L4D2 so far has made a bad (yup, bad) first impression for me. First of all I've joined 2 game lobbies that were playing on normal for the 1st campaign and each time halfway through it would switch to advanced for no apparent reason. Voting for it to go back did no good so each time playing the first campaign I've played it all the way through up until the final chapter and failing every time because it was stuck on too hard of a difficulty. Also I've run into 3 random crashes that simply state "Engine Error" and I have to start the game up again. I also tried vs but I guess I can't really say its the games fault for this. I just kept getting paired up with people who had no idea what they were doing and the other team would keep pwning us. After it crashed for a 3rd time playing vs I just decided to stop.

I'm sure that the awesome is in there, I just need to get some good luck for once in order to experience it.

Just wondering, did Valve fix the viewmodel of the weapon for the full game of L4D2? I like the game and all, but the weapons..The friggin' deagle takes up most of your screen, and the SMG is placed in a bad position, too. I prefer L4D1's weapon origins. However, the shotguns are good though.

Nope Kunai, not fixed. You oughta see how much of the screen the chainsaw takes up.

all i hav eto say is, i was lukewarm until i met the zombie clowns. then it was all win

ya, the chainsaw is fun and everything, but ALL you can do with it is just pick a direction to run and hold down the button since you can't see crap with it, lol.

Awesome. Versus is 10x better because I don't have to play as a FRIGGEN HUNTER most of the time and pray I get a better special. The new specials mean there's more variety and fun since there are never 2/3 hunters and theres a larger chance you'll get something more interesting. I hate being hunter :( The new infected also make team work better, in the first game, the infected could come up with strategies but they didn't really work together too well without constant straining effort. Here, they fit together like puzzle pieces and there are many new strategies to concoct. Steering a survivor as a jockey into a boomer, spitter, or a fires direction is tough, but rewarding. Spitters can be used to trap survivors or even separate them, as well as prevent them from helping each other without taking damage and delivering a brutal kill for the incapacitated. Smokers still go great with boomers, and so do spitters. Chargers are great distraction makers. Hunters still feel out of place and somewhat annoying, but it is satisfying when you can get a survivor with one.

The new weapons are awesome, especially the scar, tactical shotty, and chainsaw.

I'm loving it so far :) I think its better, save for the fact that I'm not as into the characters as I was the first game round. I like them (Well, save for Ellis, he gets on my nerves) but they aren't as quirky or memorable as the others. If I had to pick a favourite, it would be nick because I love his voice and his awesome clothing XD

It's so great. I can't believe how nicely they made it.

VALVe is always a sucker for detail and fine tuning. It really shows here.
