A couple of things :

Add some borders
Don't just add glow to one symbol. Try adding it to others.
The TF2 one is kinda stretched.
It looks like you threw the icons everywhere. Try arranging them, making it look neat.

Other than that, it's pretty good.

try fixing the backround with maybe brushes or C4D's if you know how to use it, possibly change the logo locations and yeah
