New mobo and cpu.

So Christmas is closing in and I still can't decide what to get.

The price range is $280-320 for both.

DDR3 is out of question though because it's still pretty expensive and I already have 4GB's of DDR2

Intel or AMD, doesn't matter to me. But, an Nvidia chipset is really preferred.

The 790i's use DDR3, but they are so much cheaper than they used to be.
