Hey guys,

I have only been playing on your servers for about 5 days and have logged almost 20 hours so far. To make a long story short, I was asked to change my name tonight because "leDouche" was offensive. Here: http://stats.edgegamers.org/hlstats.php?mode=playerinfo&player=261819
I didn't want to question the admin who was on at the time (at around 9:30-9:40 cst), so I left. I realize what that leads to, either a kick or a ban.
If my name is indeed offensive (I got it from the TV show MXC "Guy leDouche) I will play elsewhere, no offense meant or taken. I have had this name since 2005 and this is the first time I was asked to change it...anyway...
Feel free to check out our forums whether or not my name is offensive. We have a good group of guys/gals in our clan too. www.daggerclan.net

I see nothing wrong with the name either. For all anyone knows, that could be your honest-to-God RL last name, lol. And, besides that...having the name leDouche is a bit too ambiguous to be considered offensive. Just by that user name, you can't make a sure fire determination that the user is meaning to use it in an improper way.

Hope to see you back soon, although I wont be personally seeing you since I'm having hardware issues with my laptop, lol.

Well, I was kicked twice. Korean Ribz didn't care to check the link I gave him to this thread. I wasn't an ass, but Korean sure was.
Guys, seriously? leDouche offends you? I am constantly reminding people on your servers to watch their language, taking Steam ID's for spawn killers for your admins, just trying to be a good helpful player. I don't get it.

Banned now. ChaosCat is assisting me with it (he has had an open ear, and very helpful with the whole thing). Korean just kept saying "Keep it up, see what happens." When I was giving him the link to this page. I will just bite my tongue now.
