In most places. There are laws against it in VERY few places, however. It just happens to be uncommon. They aren't naturally vicious or anything like that by any means, and they've been domesticated and tamed for years now.

I've always wanted one, not just because I was a fan of the Sonic the Hedgehog games, but because exotic pets always interested me.

Shadow is not a hedgehog. He's a project. An AI.
