I can play the game fine and enjoy it. It is lots of fun and there is tons of competition!

I have encountered no serious bugs, I found minor ones but they do not affect gameplay a lot. All the campaigns are great, especially Dark Carnival with all its carnival games and such, and Heavy Rain because it's so well made and thought out (the better you do, the harder it rains). Scavenge is extremely competitive and fast paced, Realism is fun but makes it a lot harder, which is a fun challenge. Versus is also very comptetive, and there are a lot more special infected to mix things up. I really enjoy the game to be honest.

Another victim here. Also the Crash to Desktop without Error. Just happened 2 minutes ago, that's why I'm here and not playing.

However, Valve has recognized the problems and said they are going to fix it as soon as possible.

That aside, it's a really fun game. Like super fun. Like it's pure joy whenever you play it.

I love it. Everything about it is amazing. Realism requires a TON of teamwork. I did realism on Hard Rain, And it was quite fun.

There are a few bugs. But, It did just come out. Give it a few months and the game will be PERFECT! Even more perfect than it already is!

I havent gotten any bugs, some annoying glitches in hit boxes, but nothing that would put me off from buying the game or recommending it to others. IMO its much better to L4D1 in every way, def worth picking it up

The problem is this isn't a minor bug, it's one that literally shuts down the entire game. Also, it's not uncommon. I don't see HOW this could have passed playtesting in its current state. They just now fixed the charger glitch.

I played Left 4 Dead and enjoyed it, and a few friends of mine say that Left 4 Dead 2 is a good buy. However, at the current price with the current amount of glitches, bugs, and faulty coding, you're not missing much if you decide to wait until the price goes down.

L4D2 is a fine game. Except that the bots are some of the worst you will ever meet.

Also you may expierence some crash or performance bugs. I had the "Stutter when shooting special infected with shotguns" bug, but they fixed it.

Well worth the money.

I've had no serious problems with the game either. Everything is near perfect for me, but I understand that a good amount of people have been having problems with their game working or errors, etc.

I love the Left 4 Dead games....they are great and yes it does have some glitches and bugs but Valve will keep making updates to fix them all

I would say that that's the best thing about Steam; valve and other companies can fix bugs easily (as dumb as it may be to have completely obvious bugs in a game at release, it does happen)

I teamed up with three of my mates from school and we did a scavenge where you go against another random team of four. After 4 rounds It was a draw 2 - 2. The decider, we played first. We only got ten cans, and previously the winning teams would get at least 12. We did our best and amazingly just managed to take advantage of them splitting into pairs and killed them 2 at a time, 10-8 cans to us, a win. I can vouch for it being the best gaming experience I have had to date.
